Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge of human resources and performance management.
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Additional understanding and knowledge of human behavior will be appreciated. Demonstrated ability to establish key relationships with business leaders.
∎ Ability to work against tight deadlines.
∎ Efficient in data management and analysis and proficient in data analytics application(s), e.g., MS Excel.
∎ Experience: 08 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources, (including at least 3 years of dedicated focus on performance management.)
∎ Skills:
∎ Sound knowledge of human resources and performance management.
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Additional understanding and knowledge of human behavior will be appreciated. Demonstrated ability to establish key relationships with business leaders.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement performance management systems and strategies.
∎ Update of competency profile for each job.
∎ Design and conduct employee performance evaluations and assessments.
∎ Identify performance gaps and areas of improvement.
∎ Create and facilitate performance-focused training sessions.
∎ Work with managers to develop performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
∎ Establish a two-way communication channel to receive employee feedback and modify development policies and standards accordingly.
∎ Manage employee performance data and report on key metrics/performance efficiency reports, present them to senior leadership, and suggest performance management changes as necessary.
∎ Provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers.
∎ Explain to employees the methodology of current or upcoming performance practices thoroughly and professionally and follow up with them to ensure organization-wide understanding
∎ Determine and resolve workplace issues that prevent optimal performance, such as individual grievances or poor departmental structures.
∎ Ensure compliance with all performance management policies and regulations.
∎ Promote a high-performance culture within the organization Coordinate with HOHR for succession planning and career development based on performance outcomes.
∎ Location: Daffodil Smart City, Birulia, Savar, Dhaka – 1216, Bangladesh
∎ Key Responsibilities:
