Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To execute and to make sure the dispositions of Environment, Health and Safety are being complied.
∎ Comply and ensure all ISO 45001 requirements.
∎ Comply and ensure the local and corporate legal requirements related to the Health and Safety.
∎ Coordinate the implementation of the risk analysis for all designations.
∎ Evaluate and select the personal protective equipment for the employees.
∎ Coordinate the monthly meeting of the HS committee.
∎ Update action plans resulting from internal and external audits.
∎ Participate in compliance audits and ensure the implementation of resultant corrective/preventive action plans.
∎ Authorize Safety Permits for special activities like hot work, confined space work & work at height procedure.
∎ Investigate job-related accidents and ensure the implementation of the resultant corrective/preventive action plans.
∎ Communicate Lost Time Accidents to the legal applicable entities.
∎ Coordinate to obtain legal permits applicable to the facility (Ex, fire license).
∎ Coordinate the organization and training of the emergency brigades.
∎ Coordinate the organization of fire evaluation drills as per schedule.
∎ Report to the Ministry of Labor the activities performed related to safety, like accident report, fire drill report and safety equipment report.
∎ Follow up inspections of ERT - fire extinguishers and fire fighting system, fire alarms. (Monthly).
∎ Follow up designs and approvals for FPS & FDS.
