Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist to handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
∎ Assist in the employee onboarding and off boarding process.
∎ Onboarding and induction of new employees.
∎ Issue Office Note, Memo, Office Order & Circular in respect of HR issues.
∎ Implement HR Policies, Process and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
∎ Conduct employee engagement activities.
∎ Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work culture.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ Negotiate or resolve daily problems among Staff on Administrative Issues.
∎ Ensuring Administrative Policy and Procedure for smooth running in the Head Office.
∎ Coordinate Office Activities and Operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
∎ Assist in preparing Reports, Presentations, and other documents as needed.
∎ Oversee the Housekeeping of the Company.
∎ Day-to-day administrative support.
∎ Various reports of HR & Administrative Works.
∎ Supervise Office Hygiene, Security, Canteen and Office Supply related tasks.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
