∎ Proven Experience in Hotel & Resort Share Sales.
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Hotel/Resort business and present market scenario.
∎ Have the experience to sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution.
∎ Worked as Team Leader and motivated team members to achieve team sales targets
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
∎ Should have a positive mindset to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly targets.
∎ Sound knowledge about sales & marketing.
∎ Ability to take the challenge to achieve the sales target.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English, both written and oral
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Computer knowledge is the must.
