∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy to enhance the company’s market presence.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and Land) to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
∎ Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and outdoor advertising.
∎ Manage real estate project launches, ensuring they are aligned with the brand's identity.
∎ Oversee creative development, ensuring compelling and consistent messaging across all media.
∎ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define the company’s position in the market.
∎ Build strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement in the real estate sector.
∎ Establish the brand as a leader in the industry, focusing on trust, quality, and customer satisfaction.
∎ Manage the development of all brand content, including press releases, blogs, brochures, and advertising materials.
∎ Act as the company’s spokesperson for PR events and media interactions.
∎ Develop a strong online presence and oversee social media strategies for promoting real estate projects and corporate branding.
∎ Monitor and manage the company’s digital reputation and respond to online feedback and reviews.
∎ Manage budgets for branding campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
∎ Any other activities as when required by the Management.
