Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Only Male
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field.

  • BBA and MBA or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management or Human Resource Management from a reputed university

  • Good typing skills in both Bangla (Bijoy) and English

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure

  • Strong communication skills



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Monitoring to all vehicle general servicing Activities, product quality and maintenance work properly.

  • Ensure proper document renewal of all vehicles, such as tax token, fitness, registration, route permit, new vehicle registration, engine replacement, name transfer and other BRTA paper related matters.

  • Take initiative for dealing Police case, BRTA official problem solving activities.

  • Adjust monthly bill and others bill after work done.

  • Prepare and process all types of bills with proper documentation, such as overtime, fuel, vehicle repair, and maintenance bills.

  • Manage and execute office maintenance, renovation related work such as generator servicing activities, AC, furniture, electrical items, plumbing, and other repair works for both corporate office and project.

  • Manage any kind of official event program arrangement.

  • Monitoring cleanliness & purchase monthly cleaning item as per demand.

  • Monitoring fire safety and security systems, and timely refill fire extinguisher.

  • Monthly cash Collection from accounts department and work and adjustment on monthly basis. 

  • Carrying out annual document renewal of all vehicles done by annual advance approval.

  • Ensure office stationery as per required.
