Education:
B.Sc in Civil Engineering from reputed Public University having no third division/class at any stage of education.
Preferable from BUET, DUET, RUET, KUET, CUET or any foreign university.
Diploma from Government Poly Technique Institutions.

Minimum 05 - 07 years of relevant experiences in Prominent high rise building construction Company.
Need sound knowledge about computer applications such as: AutoCAD, MS Office.
He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
Capable to serve under pressure.
Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
Responsibilities & Context:
Project Engineer (Civil) Finishing Works for Residential Building at Dhaka.
Responsibilities:
To oversee the Construction work of his assigned Projects in day to day basis.
Must capable to follow up apartment all finishing works like, Tiles fitting, Painting, Rooftop Hit Projection, gardening, Car parking tiles work, Bathroom sanitary wiring & fittings work, Electrical wiring & fittings works, Interior or any other works time to time assign by the owner.
You have to follow up 10 Storied Building Projects activities.
Monitor and supervise the activities of Site All Contractor or Supervisor according to site Program/ Schedule.
Ability to Co-ordination with the relevant departments involved in the Construction of High Rise Multi-Storied Building Constructions for Government & Private Sector.
Capable to make Feasibility study/reports, details projects reports, cost analysis of the construction projects.
Must capable to prepare of BOQ for construction works
To place the material requisition as per drawing & design and verify the quality of supplied goods based on specification
Capable to submit written daily/weekly Progress Report of the Project to the Authority as per the necessity and/or as per advice of the Management.
Capable to make Feasibility study/reports, details projects reports, cost analysis of the construction projects.
Vast knowledge about BOQ to construction works.
Involvement with multiple consultants & contractors for bringing about optimum utilization of resources-labor, materials, plant/equipment & ensuring their procurement at most cost-effective terms.
Must have direct experience in, high-rise building construction as well as basement work.
To follow the Construction schedule & provide daily Progress report upon daily activities.
To ensure the implementation of different Code of Conduct & safety measures.
To run his Assigned Projects Independently.
To Monitor and Control the day to day Construction Work of assigned projects.
To ensure day to day projects progress report based on drawing, design and schedule.
To perform any relevant job assigned by the Management.
To deal with the contractors for smooth operations.
