Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate recruitment procedures for the manpower vacancy in approved HRP
∎ Prepare and update vacancy list of staffs and take initiative for recruitment
∎ Prepare advertisement draft and follow company procedure to publish via guided channel
∎ Source and compile CV and maintain data for recruitment CV bank
∎ Coordinate CV sorting and interview sessions
∎ Prepare and deliver appointment letter, office circular, office notes etc. as per given guidance by the company
∎ Assist in making HR policies and implementations
∎ Maintaining software-based HR management, alongside hardcopy filing process
∎ Follow up on continuous policy developments and executions
∎ Performing general HR activities
∎ Follow, train and lead employees by examples
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
