Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly involve with the recruitment of non-management employee.
∎ Organize orientation of new joining employee.
∎ Processing and maintain personal file, insurance, provident fund and other HR related documents.
∎ Processing and maintain all type of notice, show cause, warning letter etc.
∎ Raise requisition and maintain stationary item, uniform, shoe and other office items.
∎ Prepare monthly report and maintain employee database.
∎ Monitor and maintain leave application procedure and leave status of non-management.
∎ Processing resignation and final settlement of non-management employee.
∎ Preparation of necessary documents for both internal audit and ISO audit.
∎ Organize and train workers for their development and awareness.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in Microsoft office
∎ Effective people management skill
∎ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
