Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruiting process
∎ Daily operations (attendance, leave record)
∎ Providing training
∎ Interpretation of HR policies, practices and procedures
∎ Planning, organizing and controlling the HR actions
∎ Maintaining and updating employee database
∎ Performance evaluation and necessary action taken
∎ Motivate to ensure maximum productivity
∎ Organizing meetings
∎ Additional admin duties
∎ Ensuring working environment and disciplinary action taken

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 29 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Highly proficient with Microsoft office, Internet browsing
∎ Capable of working under minimal supervision with a high level of initiative, energy & enthusiasm for learning
∎ Must have a suitable device (laptop/Desktop) to work
