Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Accomplishing human resource strategies by determining accountabilities; policies and procedures; implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, counseling and communication programs; planning, monitoring; development, placement, Recruitment & Staffing. Appraising, reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation strategies. Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law & rules. Manages and monitors the recruitment and induction process of all Workers & Staffs. Follow up daily HR activities all workers personal file, ID card, Appointment letter, Attendance, leave management, Salary, wages, bonus, Over time record, pay slip, job card, Tiffin allowance, increment – promotion, service book, hand book, maternity benefit, Compensation & others benefits as compliance demand as per the company policy with strong supervision. To Check the Tiffin bill, Night bill and Holiday bill. Lead, supervise & handle the timekeeper, Staff & factory representative of HR team with ensuring all required support with company standards. All disciplinary actions, Separation of workers & staffs and ensure that all actions are taken as per applicable by Labor Law & company policy procedure.
