∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ 10-15 Years+ of experience in woven products. ·
∎ Able to do production line layout in all types of woven products.
∎ IE experience is preferable·
∎ Capable to set production line in 1:1.80 ratio (machine/people)·
∎ Have experience with compliance administration and handle world class renowned buyers.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Good multi product knowledge in woven garments.
∎ Analysing category wise machine capacity according to order.
∎ Develop and implement strategies for improving production efficiency and reducing costs·
∎ Should have knowledge regards to production efficiency, manpower utilization and IE.
∎ Should be experienced and capable of managing minimum 10 sewing lines and full knowledge of production system for knit fabric & garments.
∎ Candidate having exposure to Lean Manufacturing will be given preference.
∎ Develop the sewing standard and SOP for sewing floor for achieving the planned production target and required quality of the garments.
∎ Manage all tasks for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass, and on-time shipment.
∎ Work closely with concerned departments from the development stage in order to foresee production bottlenecks & quality problems.
∎ Regulating OT Budget for weekly, monthly.
∎ Understand and maintain compliance (Social, Technical, Health & safety) in sewing operation and in the Sewing section.
