• Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving and multi-tasking skill.      

• Good communication skills in both English and Bengali·        

• Good knowledge & skills in computing – data analyzing / Presentation·        

• Good knowledge Machineries / Thread / Needle·        

• Knowledge about GSD / PMTS  will be added advantage        

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame·        

• Good interpersonal & communication skills·        

• Must be familiar with modern garments factory practices. Sound knowledge on cost reduction & control.

• The selected candidate will Lead & Guide the Industrial Engineering team and responsible for managing the overall activities of Industrial Engineering Department ·        
• Ensuring accurate & optimal costing for order placing / capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability ·        
• He must ensure achieving optimum productivity through maintaining plan efficiency level by using all IE tools ·        
• He must maintain up-grading of skill matrix and performance development of workers by training, counseling and motivation ·        
• Ensure the generation of accurate factory performance and trend reports including efficiency, line performance, changeover effectiveness, capacity utilization, NPT ·        
• Ability to evaluate new technologies and automation solution to improve manufacturing process and cost deduction ·        
• Ensuring Monthly Man & Machine budgeting and forecasting .·        
• The ideal candidate should have proven technical skills to maximize productivity through modern IE based production.
