Responsibilities & Context:
∎ MTOs have to work in the various sections of production floor like cutting, sewing, finishing, quality assurance, wet process and other sections. After successfully completion of probation period. MTOs will be promoted to respective designation of respective departmentWorking with different roles within Garments operations like Production (cutting, sewing, finishing),IE, Sample, Quality, and so on. Understanding the culture and adopting with the production environment. Cope up with technological operations. Any other assign duties by management.
