Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · To manage and maintain information technology systems and networks, performing both technical and administrative tasks.
∎ · Support day to day operations of ERP system including user administration, permissions, reporting needs, and debugging and diagnosis of reported issues.
∎ · Provide Tiered support to end users on needs along with the ERP Business Analysts.
∎ · Ensure ERP system is implemented in a way that includes industry best practice by providing input on key accounting and manufacturing process areas.
∎ · Seek out opportunities to apply IT Systems solutions to company problems and providing recommendations regarding technical solutions that will improve business processes.
∎ · Assist with the design/review of new applications and integration strategies for ERP systems & ERP system security.
∎ · Contribute to the ERP related hardware and software solutions and support the daily transactions with our partners.
∎ · Maintains the Test/Dev systems used to support ERP. Assists in the configuration, review and analysis of business processes used by ERP in all locations.
∎ · Perform daily monitoring and troubleshooting of the ERP system. Responsible for creating and/or updating reports in ERP as required.
∎ · Assist in development of SQL processes for data loading, migration, and application interfaces.
∎ · Respond to immediate requests for database assistance. Responsible for improvement, maintenance, integrity, and consistency of the databases.
∎ · Maintaining existing website and make changes upon requirements Monthly/weekly/daily data backup and restore Category of Job: Hardware / Network / System Administration Design, Develop and Maintain Network and Server Management.
∎ · Maintain Cisco & other Brand Layer .
∎ · Maintain Proxy Server, Mail Server, Routing on Firewall. Maintain Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Switching, CCTV etc.
∎ · Interact with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provide answers in a timely manner.
∎ · Configure, maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure. Check network monitoring, monthly/weekly/daily data backup and restore Monthly computer/laptop and others device diagnostic report and yearly inventory.
∎ · Seek out new technologies and ideas to add value to project. Perform other related duties as assigned.
