Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure a structured and seamless onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and induction.
∎ Coordinate the Annual Performance Appraisal (APA) process in collaboration with department heads.
∎ Organize Quarterly Review Meetings and Mid-Year Performance Evaluations.
∎ Upload performance data into HR systems and support feedback dissemination.
∎ Maintain and regularly update the Organizational Structure to reflect operational changes.
∎ Handle employee grievances in a timely and empathetic manner.
∎ Conduct and analyze employee engagement and feedback surveys to support culture-building initiatives.
∎ Provide active support in HR projects including process improvements and policy updates.
∎ Assist in designing succession planning frameworks for key positions.
∎ Analyze data related to absenteeism and employee migration/turnover to identify trends.
∎ Support the manpower optimization and manpower budgeting process through data preparation and analysis.
