Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive/Senior Executive – Compliance to join our Corporate Compliance Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all factory operations align with buyer compliance standards, local labor laws, and international best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of factories focusing on health & safety, factory environment, fire safety measures, chemical handling, PPE usage, child labor, forced labor, and harassment/abuse prevention as per buyer standards.

  • Perform internal social audits for each factory based on industry compliance standards.

  • Monitor factory operations to ensure adherence to Buyer Code of Conduct, Bangladesh Labor Law 2015, and relevant international labor laws.

  • Advise and support factory administration to uphold health & safety practices for all workers and staff.

  • Prepare and submit Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) for all types of social audits across all factories.

  • Complete factory pre-assessments ahead of third-party audits.

  • Prepare and submit various buyer compliance documents on a weekly and monthly basis.

  • Monitor and report on all factory training programs monthly.

  • Assist in updating and maintaining all types of legal documents.

  • Check and oversee workers’ final settlements, maternity documentation, and personal files.

  • Participate in additional compliance-related tasks as assigned by senior management or based on buyer requirements.
