Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – HR Planning & Performance Coordinator to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and implementing critical HR initiatives including performance management, manpower planning, employee engagement, and organizational development. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to grow within a dynamic and structured environment.

  • Ensure a structured and seamless onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and induction.

  • Coordinate the Annual Performance Appraisal (APA) process in collaboration with department heads.

  • Organize Quarterly Review Meetings and Mid-Year Performance Evaluations.

  • Upload performance data into HR systems and support feedback dissemination.

  • Maintain and regularly update the Organizational Structure to reflect operational changes.

  • Handle employee grievances in a timely and empathetic manner.

  • Conduct and analyze employee engagement and feedback surveys to support culture-building initiatives.

  • Provide active support in HR projects including process improvements and policy updates.

  • Assist in designing succession planning frameworks for key positions.

  • Analyze data related to absenteeism and employee migration/turnover to identify trends.

  • Support the manpower optimization and manpower budgeting process through data preparation and analysis.
