Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Justify manpower requisitions against approved headcount.
∎ Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for factory-level staff.
∎ Maintain personal files and conduct exit interviews with proper documentation.
∎ Maintain accurate attendance, overtime, and leave records.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly payroll inputs, including deductions and arrears.
∎ Develop and update the annual compliance training plan.
∎ Support implementation and recordkeeping of training activities.
∎ Assist in identifying compliance risks and ensure adherence to labor laws.
∎ Liaise with government bodies for documentation and inspections.
∎ Support HR in handling disciplinary issues and organizing employee engagement events.
∎ Oversee factory safety, security, and facility services (e.g., housekeeping, canteen, dormitory).
∎ Maintain good relations with local authorities, law enforcement, and community leaders.
