∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
∎ Familiarity with Japanese work culture is an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, and coordinating interviews.
∎ Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
∎ Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
∎ Handle day-to-day employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
∎ Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
∎ Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain performance data.
∎ Prepare HR-related reports as required by management.
∎ Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll assistance tasks.
∎ Support employee engagement activities and organizational development initiatives.
∎ Any assign tasks from management.
