Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Labor Law, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advise or provide solution on employment related matters
∎ Assist in negotiating collective agreements, employment issues and policies
∎ Handle workplace unhappiness and resolve disagreement
∎ Visit companies to view workplace conditions and meet with workers
∎ Work with WWA, HR staff and workers to establish strong relationship
∎ Responsible for Progressive Disciplinary Procedure & Employee Counseling

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ Office location in DEPZ, savar, Dhaka.
∎ As we are not providing the transport facility so have to proper mindset to shift resident nearby the company.
