Key responsibilities: Concept ideation, visual system development, art direction on shoots and motion projects, design leadership within multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior designers.
Required qualifications
Experience level: 5+ years in art direction or senior design roles within advertising or brand studios; portfolio with integrated campaigns (print, digital, video, social).
Creative credentials: Strong mastery of visual language, typography, color theory, composition, and brand systems.
Software proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion/3D tools as applicable (After Effects, Premiere, Cinema 4D).
Brand storytelling: Demonstrated ability to translate brand strategy into a consistent, scalable visual system.
Portfolio and work samples
