• Must be fluent in English to communicate with foreign client.
• Cust be customer reoriented.
• Candidates experienced in BPO industry, telecommunication, airlines, customer cate, hotel shall be preferred but it’s not a mandatory requirement.

We are one of the leading BPO organizations in the world involved in Customer Service, looking for Manager/ Senior Manager to manage daily operations of particular center. Considering complexity of particular center, suitable candidates shall be onboarded as Manager/ Senior Manager.

• Manage daily operations of the center.

• Ensure all process is as per policy.

• Maintain SLA and TAT without any frailer.

• Staff supervision and guidance.

• Ensue quality standard and fame quality audit time to time.

• Achieve EBIT as per company goal.

• To Ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with different department like HR, Finance, Procurement, Administration, Quality, Branding etc.

• Weekly 2 holidays,Provident fund,Profit share,Medical allowance,Insurance,Performance bonus
• Salary Review: Yearly
