Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain files, documents and records of the office
∎ Must have good knowledge in Microsoft office application
∎ Prepare draft of various letters, email, congratulation / appreciation letter, invitation letter, Job Confirmation letter etc.
∎ Keep update all related HR policies including employees service book in HR database.
∎ Worker overtime calculation and salary sheet prepare.
∎ Ensure reports are sent to management regularly.
∎ Preparation of Monthly Administrative report.
∎ Recruitment of employees including Workers.
∎ Arrange official appointments and meetings.
∎ Maintain personnel files of all employees.
∎ Supervise employee Attendance and Leave Management.
∎ Looking after Safety and Security Matter.
∎ Any other assignment assigned by the superior from time to time.
∎ Responsible for the management and administration of general office service;
∎ Maintain all administrative works and records;
∎ Responsible for company all legal documents extension.
∎ Responsible for housekeeping of office buildings; Supervise all the drivers;
∎ keep contact with all concern of the organization;
∎ Any task assign by the management
∎ Foreign staff worker permits and visa time to time extension.
∎ Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR, Performance Management System, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
∎ Well experienced in Corporate HR function in reputed company.
∎ Strong ability to identify, network, connect and recruit best manpower resources.
∎ Experienced in capability & capacity management & development.
∎ Must have knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Law and Bangladesh Labor Rules.
∎ Good knowledge of factory compliance.
∎ Good communication skill in both Bangla and English.
Salary: Negotiable
