Job Responsibilities:
∎ Find out new customer base, follow up and get orders.
∎ Ensure to archive individual sales targets set by the management.
∎ Gather competitor information/activities.
∎ Recording client information & reporting to superior.
∎ To build a strong relationship with customers.
∎ Prepare daily & monthly target report and submit to the management.
∎ To act a pro-active team player and increase the sales volume through efficient marketing
∎ Follow up from order confirmation to the delivery and also the payment with in time agreed time limits.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 Years' experience as a Marketing/Sales executive
∎ Age - Preferable below 35 Years
∎ Good Communication skills in both English & Bangla.
∎ Should have the capability of identifying the target markets and awareness of markets.
∎ Candidates must have proven track record and experience.
∎ Both males and females are can apply
∎ Must have sound physical health condition.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team environment,
∎ Willingness to take responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven, result oriented, hard-working and willing to visit anywhere in the country, when needed.
