Factory HR Administration, General HR, Labor Union Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring workplace compliance according to buyer and local law requirements
∎ Maintain required register & records under different applicable labor law.
∎ Conduct training according to the interest of the company.
∎ Handling day to day grievances & remedial related to Labor Law.
∎ Ensuring worker Grievances are resolved with caring approach.
∎ Worker recruitment and selection.
∎ Employees joining documentation.
∎ Grievance & Conflict Management
∎ Manage Employee grievance & remedies as per the statutory norms.
∎ Process & Policy adherence
∎ Ensure that all the actions are taken in strict adherence to the HR Policies & Processes.
∎ Execute all initiatives taken by HQ related local law & State law.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent proficiency in English (Speaking and Writing).
∎ Have to have patience and able to control any situation.
