∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ PGD in HRM will be counted as an advantage.
∎ If candidates have any international certification s on HRP/HRM, it will be an advantages, but not mandatory.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resource Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He or she needs to work on screening candidates profiles, CV shorting, hiring & onboarding new employees
∎ Prepare employees' attendance sheet along with salary & payroll activities
∎ Track & monitor KPIs for employees to increase organizational performance
∎ Collaborate with mid & top management
∎ Prepare Human Resource Planning for existing & future employees for different departments
∎ Any other tasks given by the authorities have to be ensured

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
