Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides general secretarial and administrative support (updating staff files and contracts, handling correspondence, registration and filing, etc.).
∎ Provides administrative follow-up for recruitment and training activities.
∎ Ensures that information on HR issues under their responsibility is shared with the rest of the employees' in the factory and corporate office.
∎ Keep record (e.g. absences & leave) and ensures that HR data is of good quality and kept up to date, particularly regarding salary.
∎ Regular store visit and report prepare for organizational wellbeing.
∎ Carry out corporate Admin activities as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Work experience: Strong academic background, with at least 2-3 years' work experiences in an organization;
∎ Languages: Good knowledge of English and Bangla both in written and oral;
∎ Computer skills: Computer proficiency - particularly MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), knowledge of Visio is an asset.
∎ Knowledge: Moderate knowledge of Information Technology working procedures, Bangladesh Labour Law and other rules related to retail industry
