Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepared daily attendance and production wise manpower allocation reports.
∎ Responsible to prepare factory payroll & Overtime sheet.
∎ Maintain the worker recruitment procedure as per requirements.
∎ Maintain Daily leave , gate pass entry & personal files.
∎ Organize training programs for employee development and awareness.
∎ Ensuring Compliance on Health & Safety.
∎ Supervise the factory overall house keeping system.
∎ Maintain & guide the security system.
∎ Raise requisition related for HR & Administrative department.
∎ Time to time reports to the HRD department and Management.
∎ Assist to update the license.
∎ Implement compliance requirements and Identify the non-compliance issues in the factories to resolve.
∎ Assist to conduct compliance audit.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the superior.
