Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Administering all kind of admin Procedure must have knowledge.
∎ • Must Have knowledge about 5S system.
∎ • Implementing effective plan for admin department.
∎ • Executing employee's for proper housekeeping in office
∎ • Maintaining a detailed record of the housekeeping work for internal and external audit purpose.
∎ • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
∎ • Conducting the day-to-day operations Admin department.
∎ • Ensuring all the employees comply with the admin policy.
∎ • Counseling employees as and when required.
∎ • Maintaining and recording employee's attendance.
∎ • Performs other related duties when necessary as per the management required.
∎ • Maintain all agreements on department-related license
∎ • Coordinate with outside contractors and labors
∎ • Checking of different types of payment sheet – local purchase bill, Salary sheet etc.
∎ • Prepared different types of report – Manpower statement, Status etc.
∎ • Drafting different types of circular, Note, Notice etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 1
