∎ Masters in commerce background/ MBA from reputed public or Private University.
∎ Renowned university graduates with good CGPA.
∎ PGDHRM/Other HR certifications is an asset.
∎ Skills Required: Human Resource Management.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: H.R
∎ Training/Trade Course: H.R
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ * Responsible for managing HR operations for the factory that includes manpower approval, recruitment and selection, staffing, ensuring job description for all.
∎ * To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as updated.
∎ * Preparation of Payroll which include calculation of income tax, PF and other deductions for employees to make TDS.
∎ * Preparation of special payments like bonus, incentives, annual increments etc.
∎ * Prepare attendance data, calculate OT for the particular month with accuracy.* * Process joining of new employees, background check and update HRIS.
∎ * Responsible for Strategic HR planning, succession planning, formulation of different kinds of HR policies aligned with the local laws and the organizations own code of conduct.
∎ * Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
∎ * Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
