Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Management
∎ MBA/PGD in HRM will be get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR Administration
Job Responsibilities:
∎ In charge of the maintenance of daily attendance, leave & overtime.
∎ Maintain compliance documentation based on Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Support implementation of all factory HR process.
∎ Lead administrative support services of factory.
∎ Support to execute training and development strategy and action plan that meets the organization priorities and performance development plans.
∎ Maintain HR documents specially personnel file in an efficient, timely, orderly and confidential manner.
∎ Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Self-driven and self-motivated
∎ Good at getting along with people
∎ Good at both spoken and written communication.
∎ Well conversant on computer MS-Office.
∎ Have to be conversant in English.
