Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation / Masters in Human Resource
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction, placement, follow-up & confirmation, etc.
∎ Disciplinary issues such as show cause, warning, investigation/inquiry, separation, etc.
∎ Training & development and Appraisal.
∎ Preparing all kinds of Office Orders, Notices, Notes & Letters.
∎ Attendance & leave management.
∎ Grievance & compliance.
∎ Separation, retirement, final settlement, etc.
∎ Store, housekeeping and related works.
∎ Various reports on HR & Administrative works.
∎ Legal documentation.
∎ Maintain liaison with all sister concerns of the Group & concerned departments of govt, non-govt, Chamber, Association and related authorities.
∎ Any other assignment given by the superior.
∎ Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English is mandatory.
∎ emonstrable leadership abilities.
∎ Good knowledge of MS office: MS word, MS excel and Power point.
∎ Adaptable, proactive, responsible, must be able to work under pressure.
∎ Enthusiastic to learn and honesty is a must.
∎ Good team player, well organized, initiative and detailed oriented.
∎ Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
∎ Basic knowledge of labor legislation
∎ Experience using spreadsheets
∎ Organizational skills
