Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead all HR activities.
∎ Talent Hunting & Management.
∎ Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.
∎ Deal with day to day administrative responsibilities and acknowledge the top authority accordingly.
∎ Identify and coordinate with the HR consultant.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the organization.
∎ Carrying out day-to-day routine HR & administrative work that includes attendance, leave and dress code management.
∎ Prepare & develop job descriptions for jobs website and keep an organized database of job applicants maintaining the organogram.
∎ Conduct end-to-end recruitment & selection process as per policy & procedure and ensure the right and competent candidate is selected.
∎ Verification of employees' provided contact, address, and other information is put into the service book.
∎ Conduct orientation & awareness programs for the employees to educate them about morality, integrity, responsibility towards the company, company rules and regulations, policy, and procedures
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ An excellent oral and written communication skills (Both English and Bangla).
∎ Good typing skill both in Bangla (Avro) & English.
∎ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced.
