Requirements:
  • At least 3 years

Additional Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws and statutory compliance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure the company’s HR and operational practices comply with labor laws, environmental regulations, and industry standards specific to the spinning sector.

  • Monitor compliance status regularly in accordance with buyer requirements, national legislation, and international standards.

  • Oversee legal compliance and adherence to the company’s Code of Conduct, including fire safety, building regulations, electrical safety, health, and occupational safety protocols.

  • Lead and coordinate compliance initiatives, audits, and assessments to ensure full adherence to spinning industry standards and statutory requirements.

  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievance handling, counseling, and initiatives to enhance employee motivation, engagement, and productivity.

  • Support management in administrative, disciplinary, and grievance-related matters.

  • Collaborate with management to resolve administrative and personnel issues efficiently.

  • Conduct regular factory inspections to ensure safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.

  • Maintain HR and administrative records, correspondences, and documentation to support strategic HR planning.

  • Monitor workplace security, oversee support staff activities, and ensure proper maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and facilities.

  • Provide support for CSR activities, official visits, and other organizational initiatives.

  • Execute additional HR and administrative tasks as assigned by superiors.
