Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Accounts, Communication, Computer Operating, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner
∎ Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
∎ Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments
∎ Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
∎ Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information
∎ Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
∎ Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
∎ Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
∎ Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts
∎ Any other task assigns by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
