∎ BBA & MBA/ Masters Degree in HRM/ Management from DU / JU / NSU / BracU / BUP
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To co-ordinate the process of Recruitment & Selection and to onboard new hires
∎ To manage the leave & attendance of employees to facilitate monthly salary process
∎ To maintain HRIS system with regular data upgradation
∎ To perform day to day human resources operational activities
∎ To provide assistance in performance appraisal of all personnel
∎ To prepare regular reports relevant to HR operations
∎ To perform exit formalities and full & final settlement for separated employees
∎ To perform any other related duties as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong written and oral communication in English
∎ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Experience in relevant field will be an added advantage
Salary: Negotiable
