Responsibilities & Context:

Sheraton Dhaka, a premier property of Marriott International, is seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Housekeeper to lead the Housekeeping Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, brand compliance, and operational excellence across all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all Housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the hotel.

  • Develop and implement housekeeping procedures in compliance with Marriott brand standards.

  • Ensure guest rooms, public areas, meeting spaces, and heart-of-house areas are maintained to the highest quality standards.

  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure cleanliness, safety, and service excellence.

  • Manage departmental budgets, inventory control, linen management, and cost optimization initiatives.

  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, recruitment, training, and performance management of housekeeping associates.

  • Collaborate closely with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

  • Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions to enhance guest satisfaction scores.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and environmental regulations.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of accountability and excellence.
