Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of all hotel facilities, guest rooms, and back-of-house areas.
Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Lead energy management and cost-control initiatives.
Prepare and manage departmental budgets and capital expenditure plans.
Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and brand standards of Marriott International.
Supervise, train, and develop the engineering team to maintain 24/7 operational support.
Coordinate renovation projects and contractor management.
Support exceptional guest experience by ensuring all comfort systems operate flawlessly.
