Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Welcome to all (visitors) and Clients & provides according to visitors queries and requirements.
∎ Answer all incoming phone calls, keep notes and transfer to concern person/ Department if required.
∎ Receive all incoming letters, parcel and send to concern person on time. Execute daily PABX services.
∎ Maintaining Daily In and Out time.
∎ Other duties as and when assigned by the management. Working Hour 10 AM To 6 PM 6 days in a week.
