Job Context:
∎ We are a fast-growing e-commerce platform for upgrading electronics gadgets & buy new devices in overall Bangladesh are actively looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced personnel to join our team as Executive, Human Resources.
∎ Candidates must have excellent communication skills in Bengali & English.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper documentation of employee records (soft and hard copies).
∎ Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves).
∎ Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.
∎ Paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
∎ Processing employees' requests and provide relevant information.
∎ Coordination of HR projects, meetings and training seminars.
∎ Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
∎ Reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department.
∎ Reports and presentations for internal communications.
∎ Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on-boarding packages and explaining company policies.
∎ Safeguard company properties, assets, visitors and business associates.
∎ To coordinate safety measures in case of any incident/accident.
∎ Schedule in-house and external events.
∎ Coordinate with office staffs and office vehicles.
∎ Respond to any emergency situation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator.
∎ Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
∎ PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications.
∎ Knowledge of labor legislation.
∎ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Teamwork skills.
