∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineer get priority.
∎ Proven experience in fabric planning, procurement, or a similar role within the textile or garment industry.
∎ Knowledge of textile materials, fabric types, and specifications.
∎ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in using ERP software and MS Excel.
∎ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create daily, weekly, and monthly fabric requirement plans based on the shipment schedule.
∎ Coordinate with the merchandising and dyeing departments for lab dip and bulk hanger approval to ensure timely fabric production.
∎ Generate and update all necessary reports, distributing them via email to relevant departments and individuals on a daily basis.
∎ Manage yarn booking and follow up on in-house yarn availability.
∎ Develop a Time and Action (TNA) plan to initiate fabric production, including yarn dyeing, knitting, regular dyeing, and all-over printing, in alignment with the cutting plan.
∎ Establish a batch plan for dyeing the required fabrics according to the production schedule.·
∎ Formulate a fabric delivery plan in accordance with the cutting plan.
∎ Collaborate with the quality control and merchandising teams to facilitate the delivery of shade variation fabrics.
∎ Verify and confirm any additional or excess fabric requirements.·
∎ Coordinate with the cutting department to ensure that cutting is initiated in sync with the delivered fabric orders.
∎ Participate in all production meetings.
∎ Maintain a proper balance status to ensure on-time fabric delivery to the cutting department.
∎ Compile order closing status reports for each order.
