Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ 5+ years of successful sales or marketing experience in Embroidery
∎ Knowledge of embroidery techniques, materials, and processes
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills
∎ Excellent presentation abilities
∎ Proficiency in MS Office
∎ Self-motivated with ability to work independently

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our embroidery products and services
∎ Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, and referrals
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing internal and external clients
∎ Keep regular communication with internal and external Merchandising Team, take regular order update and find opportunities of sales
∎ Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our embroidery capabilities
∎ Understand internal and external customer requirements and recommend appropriate embroidery solutions
∎ Negotiate contracts and close sales deals according to our price list.
∎ Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
∎ Provide regular updates on sales activities
∎ Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure client satisfaction
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the Management.
