Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Prepare and verify export & import shipping documents (BL, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.) as per LC / contract / customer requirements.

  • Coordinate with overseas agents and shipping lines for draft and final Bill of Lading issuance

  • Ensure timely submission of documents to carrier, banks, customers, and relevant authorities..

  • Maintain accurate documentation records (soft and hard copies) for audit and reference.

  • Check HS codes, INCOTERMS, and other shipping details to ensure compliance.

  • Liaise with operations, accounts, and sales departments to ensure customer satisfaction and service consistency.
