Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensuring timely payment of all bill, petty cash & Advances.
- Checking of expenses & all types of bills before preparation of payment voucher as per check list for clean bill.
- Tax & VAT deduction from supplier & other bills as per Govt. Rules & maintaining TDS register.
- Ensuring proper booking of all expenses in proper code.
- Reconciliation of Bank, advance, other provision.
- Raise Invoice to the customer & Receivable Reconciliation.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
