Responsibilities & Context:
• Identify and approach potential freight customers
• Generate new Sea Freight & Air Freight business
• Develop relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, buying houses and traders
• Collect shipment requirements and coordinate with the TSL pricing/operations team
• Follow up with customers until shipment confirmation
• Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers
• Help develop long-term customer relationships and repeat business
