Responsibilities & Context:
Develop sales opportunities for door locks, digital locks and architectural hardware solutions
• Visit architects, consultants, developers, contractors, interior designers and corporate clients
• Generate new project leads and maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers
• Understand project requirements and recommend suitable locking and hardware solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals and product presentations
• Coordinate with clients, project teams and internal departments from inquiry through order execution
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers and key decision-makers
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and upcoming projects
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets
