• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,North South University students will get preference

• 12 to 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Consulting Firms, Real Estate, Tiles/Ceramic, Electric Wire/Cable, Lamps, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, Technical Infrastructure

• Age 35 to 49 years

• Candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a good track record and networks, may be exempt from academic preference. Candidates belonging to the lighting solutions industry, Cables, a reputable developer company, will get preference.

• Ensure the Preparation and Implementation of the Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the assigned product category.

  Achieve periodical and yearly Sales Target for the assigned product category.

• Assist and support team members to achieve the team`s target.

• Prepare and submit a monthly market intelligence report to Management.

• Review Tendering sites and propose a tender bidding recommendation.

• Develop and utilize existing business network to secure new projects.

• Plan and strategize the industrial and retail market segments to meet the organization`s vision.

• Develop Business networking with DGDP, LGED, and the Ministry of works & Contractors of Government-enslisted agencies to effectively position assigned products to secure business.

• Recommend a marketing promotional plan to ensure maximum brand visibility for assigned products.

• Ensure collection against sales from all sales channels within the due time.

• Provide a 3 (three) months rolling forecast for the assigned product category as per market requirement and submit to management periodically.

• Ensure adequate market coverage and effective hit ratio for the assigned product range.

• Evaluate and propose new business avenues for the assigned range of products.

• Ensure Timely settlement of warranty and service claims in collaboration with installation and after-sales.

• Recommend the appointment of sales agents/consultants for the target markets to enhance business growth.

• Plan and recommend to the branding team the availability of adequate branding & promotional materials to ensure effective brand visibility.

• Recommend trade event participation to reach target market segments with appropriate feasibility analysis.
