Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.

  • Manage company social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

  • Optimize website content and product listings for SEO to improve organic traffic and search rankings.

  • Coordinate paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

  • Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and prepare regular performance reports.

  • Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Creative Content Development

  • Develop creative concepts for promotional campaigns, advertisements, banners, and social media content.

  • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality marketing materials.

  • Create and review marketing copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.

  • Ensure all creative materials are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Sales & Business Development

  • Support sales growth through digital lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.

  • Identify potential customers and business opportunities through online channels.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

  • Assist in developing promotional strategies to increase online sales and customer retention.

  • Maintain relationships with customers and respond to inquiries through digital platforms.

E-Commerce Management

  • Manage product uploads, descriptions, pricing updates, and promotional offers on the e-commerce platform.

  • Monitor website performance, customer experience, and conversion rates.

  • Coordinate with inventory, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  • Assist in planning and executing online sales campaigns, seasonal promotions, and special events.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing and sales performance reports.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, ROI, and sales revenue.

  • Provide recommendations for improving marketing effectiveness and sales performance.
