Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
Manage company social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Optimize website content and product listings for SEO to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
Coordinate paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and prepare regular performance reports.
Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Creative Content Development
Develop creative concepts for promotional campaigns, advertisements, banners, and social media content.
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Create and review marketing copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
Ensure all creative materials are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Sales & Business Development
Support sales growth through digital lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
Identify potential customers and business opportunities through online channels.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
Assist in developing promotional strategies to increase online sales and customer retention.
Maintain relationships with customers and respond to inquiries through digital platforms.
E-Commerce Management
Manage product uploads, descriptions, pricing updates, and promotional offers on the e-commerce platform.
Monitor website performance, customer experience, and conversion rates.
Coordinate with inventory, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Assist in planning and executing online sales campaigns, seasonal promotions, and special events.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing and sales performance reports.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, ROI, and sales revenue.
Provide recommendations for improving marketing effectiveness and sales performance.
