Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 3 to 5 years

• 3-5 years of experience in scheduling, logistics, distribution, preferably in manufacturing company.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliveries and schedules simultaneously.

• Proficiency in logistics software and scheduling tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate between teams and customers.

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the UPVC pipes and Doors industry.

• Familiarity with GPS and tracking systems for route optimization.

• Ability to handle last-minute schedule changes and resolve logistical challenges.

• Plan and schedule deliveries of UPVC pipes and Doors to various customers and distributors in line with production and sales orders.

• Develop and optimize delivery routes for efficient and cost-effective distribution.

• Liaise with the sales and production departments to align delivery schedules.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on delivery performance, including on-time delivery rates.

• Seek opportunities for cost reduction in transportation without compromising on service quality.

• Ensure all delivery activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements for transportation.

• Implement and enforce proper handling and loading procedures for UPVC pipes & Door to prevent damage during transport.
